The Queen City AniFest is a locally held volunteer-driven event, celebrating the variety of nerd cultures
and communities present in the city of Regina.
In order to ensure the best event possible for attendees, we are looking to recruit a Panelist Scheduler!

Please be aware that this – like all our staff – is an unpaid volunteer position.

The Panelist Scheduler will be responsible for reaching out to those in areas of nerd- and geek-related interests with invitations to give talks/demonstrations about their interest at the Queen City AniFest.

They will have the authority (in conjunction with the Co-Organizers) to reject or accept panel topics, and
will be responsible for creating the panel schedule for the event.

They will also be in charge of organizing a Cosplay Chess tournament, hopefully in conjunction with
other groups in Regina.
Applicants must also demonstrate initiative, and be able to work independently while keeping the rest
of the staff abreast of news and/or developments.
