Vendors & Exhibitors

Want to be a Vendor or Exhibitor at Queen City AniFest 2020? Complete the form to submit your information. QCAF Staff will review your application and contact you. Applications open February 1st, 2020.

  • Please make sure you review convention policies etc. 

  • All prices are GST inclusive.

  • Early bird price is $50 per table until August 1st and then $65 after August 1st

  • Table price includes: An 8 foot wide table with tablecloth, skirting, 2 chairs, and 2 vendor passes

  • Additional vendor passes are $5 each

  • Each set of 2 power outlets is $60

  • Payments are to be received no later than August 31, 2020. Payment options will be included with the invoice that will be sent to applicants via email.   ​  

  • Cancellations made within 60 days of the event will not be eligible for refunds.   ​  

  • Queen City AniFest reserves the right to decline Vendor Applications.
